About Arts in the Open

The Plaza del Mar Band Shell will come alive this summer season with free arts and cultural performances. The Parks and Recreation Community Foundation (PARC), in partnership with the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department, will host a series of public performances to enrich our community’s arts and cultural landscape. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blankets or chairs, as seating is not provided.
